A space to build lasting memories.
Before we hammer even one nail, we start by understanding the people who will make this house a home—what matters most, your plans for the future and how you want to live. This understanding sets the tone for your entire build. We’ll hold your hand each step of the way, providing expert advice grounded in decades of experience.
After all, building a home is about more than construction. It’s about creating the space to build lasting memories—planting your first garden, your child’s first steps, hosting life’s celebrations year after year. We believe these moments should be treasured in a place called home.
Our Partners
It’s not just the relationships with our customers that count. We’ve worked with the same sub-contractors for over 20 years. From the foundation and flatwork to framing, plumbing and more, our ties run strong and deep.
To be considered as a Georgen Homes partner, subcontractors must meet a high standard of excellence. Plus, all processes and techniques are in alignment with Washington State’s energy efficiency codes. As a result, you can be confident your Georgen Home is built to the highest quality by experts in the industry.
Our Process
We have a tried and true process to help guide you through the development of your home. Of course, every project is a bit different. But, generally, these are the phases involved in building a Georgen Home.
“Throughout the entire process, from the initial bid to completion, Tyler communicated with us beyond what we would have ever expected from a builder or have ever experienced. We kept telling our friends, ‘We truly believe that we will like Tyler at the end of the build.’ And we do! Tyler is honest and absolutely cares about making sure you are happy every step of the way.”
Roe and Sue Breesnee
“The building process with Tyler was amazing! He included a helpful calendar detailing the building process, provided regular meetings on site, and was always available to answer questions. Most importantly Tyler has an eye for detail and made sure our home was high quality.”
