This was the dream of founder Bruce Georgen. And it’s the legacy current owner, Tyler Wageman, still carries on today.
Tyler has built more than 600 homes throughout his career. This experience has taught him the importance of relationships – both with customers and any subcontractor who works with him. As a customer, you’ll experience the benefits of Tyler’s thoughtful design, timely responsiveness, and expert guidance.
Tyler is truly a jack-of-all-trades. With nearly 35 years under his tool belt, he’s experienced in every stage of building a home. Tyler’s hands-on experience includes work as a framer, plumber, and project manager, just to name a few. He’s even built several homes for himself—from start to finish—with his own two hands.
Prior to joining Georgen Homes, he was the Regional Project Manager for Hayden Homes for 8 years. In 2000, he became the Project Manager for Georgen Homes until he purchased the company in 2015 and became owner and President.
